CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Consultation Agreement is made between Martina Kaiser, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, and you, for the purpose of identifying and discussing your options regarding obtaining or maintaining temporary or permanent residence in Canada.

The consultation with you will be via Skype, over the phone or in person. The fee of $200 is for a one-hour consultation, which you may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ advance notice to us.

Please be advised that Martina Kaiser is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

The laws in effect in the Province/Territory of British Columbia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable shall govern this Agreement therein.
