This Consultation Agreement is made between Martina Kaiser, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, and you, for the purpose of identifying and discussing your options regarding obtaining or maintaining temporary or permanent residence in Canada.

The consultation with you will be via Skype, over the phone or in person (additional fees may apply). You are obliged to pay a non-refundable consultation fee of $150 CAD prior to the consultation. This fee is for a one-hour consultation which you may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice by email.

Please be advised that Martina Kaiser is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of British Columbia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
